Glue laminated wood is lighter than steel (30 % less) and concrete (four times less) so it allows lower cost and shorter deadlines.

Glue laminated wood is a flexible material thanks to its elasticity (148 Kg/cm²), it accepts the differential warping of the supports without consequences on the structures or the foundations.

Glue laminated wood can bear high or low temperatures (-40°; +80°), it is stable whatever the weather so expansion joints are unnecessary.

Glue laminated wood is thermo resistant, it is also an efficient insulating material often used for low temperature stocking warehouse. There is no condensation, no incompatibility with other materials, no electromagnetic couples, no waves, no echos.
